Leadership Development Workshop
for field and team leaders
Differing personalities, cultures and values can all lead to high stress on a team, and even more so if the team is working and living in an already tense environment. This interactive workshop, is designed for team leaders, field managers and mid-management leaders to be refreshed and re-equipped to deal with the very high stress levels that come with team and leadership issues. You will grow in awareness and skill how to work with people and better lead your team from a Biblical perspective.
Topics to be covered include:
- Communication styles and preferences
- Decision-making preferences
- Relationship orientation vs. task orientation
- Developing basic relationship skills
- Developing basic conflict-resolving skills
- Leadership styles and how to determine which style is appropriate in a given situation
- Basic understanding of how organizations develop as the number of tasks and people working with the organization increase
- Character issues such as being teachable or correctable
- Insecurity as a leader and how if affects the team
- Handling evil reports, gossip and slander
- Basic intercultural communication awareness
