From time to time we offer different training seminars at Le Rucher for those desiring to learn from our model how to do debriefing with their own teams or staff members.
The next seminar we are running at Le Rucher is a Crisis & Trauma Response Seminar, 16-20 May, 2011. This seminar is primarily geared for mission member care personnel or mission executives to understand the dynamics of helping their staff to process a crisis. If you are not already trained and/or working in basic counselling techniques, then we require attendance at a Basic Debriefing Seminar prior to attending this seminar.
A Basic Debriefing Seminar, designed especially for missions personnel providing member care to the people in their organizations is often run at Le Rucher. However, in 2011 our team members are running this seminar in various locations around the world, rather than at Le Rucher. (Some plans are not yet finalized but we will post them as they become firm.) Please contact those organizing the seminar in the different locations for further information:
