Training
From time to time we offer different training seminars at Le Rucher for those desiring to learn from our model how to do debriefing with their own teams or staff members.
The next seminar we are running at Le Rucher is a Basic Debriefing Seminar, 22-26, February 2012. This seminar is designed especially for missions personnel providing member care to the people in their organizations.
A Crisis & Trauma Peer Response Seminar will be held 16-20 April 2012. This seminar is primarily geared for mission member care personnel or mission executives to understand the dynamics of helping their staff to process a crisis. If you are not already trained and/or working in basic counselling techniques, then we require attendance at a Basic Debriefing Seminar prior to attending this seminar.
In addition, this coming year we are offering a Leadership Development Workshop (Working Together / Caring for One Another), refreshing and equipping leaders to lead their teams with less stress, 28 May - 1 June, 2012.
