Additional Practical Information
Housing:
The seminar fee includes accommodations, two people to a room, from Tuesday through Saturday nights and all meals during that period. Additional nights may be arranged in advance at a cost of 35€ per night.
Schedule:
The first session will be held at 8:30 AM on Wednesday morning so you should arrive Tuesday afternoon or evening. Please plan to depart Sunday afternoon or evening. Sessions will be held each morning and afternoon with evenings free. A noon meal will be provided for all participants, including those not staying ovrnight.
Transport:
The nearest airport is Geneva, Switzerland. Airport trips for arrival and departure are no extra charge and can be arranged if you send your arrival details (including flight numbers, please).
Visa:
If you do not need a visa to enter France, but do need one for Switzerland, contact us and we will arrange a different pick-up for you from the airport. You should still fly into Geneva. If you need a visa to enter France, we will need the following details in order to start the process:
- Full name in passport
- Passport Number:
- Date passport issued:
- Date passport expires
- Where issued
- Country of citizenship
- Date of birth
- Your address in the country where you will apply for the visa
